Tourtière ~ Meat Pie

I thought I'd share a few pictures of the dough used for my meat pies, which I typically serve on Christmas Eve. The dough recipe, found in the book, is a game changer. The dough is very pliable and a joy to work with. To be able to "roll" out gluten free dough is truly a gift.
